Standard service charge
All service charges are based on the international recruiting standards and guaranteed by the customer service contracts with the following details, whichever is the highest:
1) The standard service charge is 30% of the pre-tax annual salary of the new employee brought up.
2) The minimum service charge is 30000 RMB.
3) If the 30% of the pre-tax salary is less than 30000 RMB, then 30000 RMB will be charged.
A non-refundable down payment of 30% of the recommendation service charge or one month salary will be paid in full before the recruiting service is rendered
Charges for the preferred customer with long-term service relationships
The long-term customers earning the preferred status are referred to those employers 1) with business relationships for one or more year(s), and 2) with no less than ten (10) annual closing service contracts.
Payment due date
The payment becomes due within ten days from the new employee starting date.
Warranty
In the event when the customer is not satisfied with the new employee¡¯s job performance or the new hirer quits, a replacement would be warranted at no extra charge.
