SGSN Customer Support Engineer

Responsibility:
The requirements on our products, from both existing and potential new customers, are currently very high and there is a big demand of product support.
In order to meet the demands above and to secure a continued success of the Company Packet Core products, we are expanding support area.
As a support engineer your main responsibilities are to together with your team:
- Handle SGSN CSR (Customer Service Requests)
- Emergency handling.
- Perform troubleshooting on node (live and lab).
- Participate/Run customer Demos.
- Participe in FOA
- Close co-operation with your interfaces, within PDU as well as MU/GSDC.
Requirement:
Excellent product knowledge (preferably I&V experience)
- GPRS/WCDMA network Knowledge
- Very good verbal and written English
- Good customer mindset
- Good communication skill with outgoing personality
- Can work under stress
- Have an open mind, positive attitude and a constructive way of solving problems
- Be self confidence and accountable
Preferably a Master of Science / Bachelor degree or equivalent in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering
