Designer:

-A passion for software development, skillful at C + + or Java. Know about commonly used design patterns

-Aware of today's software development process, such as Agile. Used more advanced CM tools such as Git (if you have ever had any development projects in Github, please do not forget to mention in your resume)

-Crossing platform development experience, such as Solaris / SPARC, Linux/x86 (proficient in the Linux kernel, or have done any contribution to open source community can add color to your score)

-Experience with Database, M2M, SaaS and Cloud Computing, will also add color to your score

-Enjoy team development, eager to share. Be able to read and write in English, can communicate in English fluently

-Does not require you to have a background in telecommunication

-Have a bachelor's degree or above

 

Tester:

-A passion for software verification, skillful at test methods and test tools

-Be familiar with IP network (Telecommunication background is preferred)

-Be familiar with Linux/Unit, Crossing platform development experience, such as Solaris / SPARC, Linux/x86 (proficient in the Linux kernel, or have done any contribution to open source community is preferred)

-Be familiar with 1+ programming language (such as TTCN, Java, Shell script, python etc.) is preferred.
