TOL (Test Object Lead) I&V

PURPOSE OF JOB:
Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.
• The successful candidate for this role is a highly skilled person, with at least 8 years of working experience in the Project Management area.
• Being a self motivated Sr. Test Object Leader, Responsible to manage Validation plan, test execution for Test Object of Reliability, Aging, and System Upgrade test.
• Report to I&V (IOT & Validation) of Test Center for System Validation on key features & risk areas, focus on Reliability, Aging in 2013.
• Responsible for consolidation and reporting validation status for Reliability, Aging and System upgrade. Reporting on both test progress and quality of the product
• Drive and manage budget and resource forecast for Test Object Line activities.
• Provide overview on product quality status for Test Object of Reliability, Aging and System Upgrade.
• Lead to create quality risk mitigation plan and follow up actions to reach the KPI target of Fixed Rate and Test efficiency within Test Object.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for Validation plan for complete product offering, on key features & risk areas, focus on Reliability, Aging and System Upgrade.
2. Drive and manage budget and resource forecast for activities of Test Object.
3. As the Interface channel, driving the efficient communication with TPM (Test Project Manager) and Test object team.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1. Bachelor degree or above of Telecommunication with a minimum of 10 years experience in mobile communication or related industry.
2. 5+ years of Project leadership experience, Project Management Skill, PMP certificate is preferred, with Quality sense.
3. 8+ years of Validation test experience
4. • Good communication, presentation and meeting skills with experience of cooperation with internal/external partners.
• Strategic thinker to help Section manager to manage risks and roadmaps.
