The Director of Sales’s primary responsibility is to establish and lead a sales team to
meet and exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives. The role
covers the direction and management of all sales and business development operations,
including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution and channel
strategy.
 
Job Description
-  Directly responsible for the company’s revenue
-  Drive the development and execution of national and international sales strategies
-  Develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs.
-  Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
-  Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their
sales targets
-  Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
-  Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
-  Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
-  Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company
Leadership team and other company functions
-  Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
-  Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
-  Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
 
Qualification
- University degree, MBA is a plus
- 10+ years extensive experience in consumer/Internet sales with minimum 5 years experience in key sales management position
- Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners.
- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners. 
- Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment.
-Proven ability to lead a proactive sales organization and ensure accountability for results that maximize the business contribution
- A track record of performance excellence that meet and exceed targets and objectives
- Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivates staff to exceed expectation
-The  ability  to  articulate  a  vision  and  strategy  in  a  way  that  inspires  and  motivates people, internally and externally
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding timeframe
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (including written) skill in English & Chinese
