- The Director of Marketing’s primary responsibility is to develop and execute aclearly-defined company’s marketing message, communication strategy which can effectively build up a new brand image from scratch with successful consumer and industry perception.
Job Description
- Create, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing message, strategy and implement tactic plans that meet and exceed company’s expectation
- Develop and manage the Company’s entire multi-million dollar marketing budget
- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis.
- Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of all marketing tactic and programs
- Act as spokesperson for the company with press and analysts and at industry events.
-Oversee product marketing including product launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.
-Coach, mentor, and raise the marketing department’s ability to deliver and exceed company’s expectation
-Develop and prepare key company message and presentation material for top management
- Research and analyze economic trend, buying habits, and demographic characteristics
Of consumers, their taste and preference for company products and those of competitors
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D and other senior executives to
create demand and recognition for the company and its products
Qualification
- University degree, MBA preferred
-10+ years extensive experience in consumer/Internet marketing with minimum 5 years experience in key marketing management position
- Proven ability to lead a proactive marketing organization and ensure accountability for results that maximize the business contribution
- A track record of performance excellence that meet and exceed targets and objectives
- Posses a strong marketing and customer service orientation
- Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivates staff to exceed expectation
-The ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates people, internally and externally
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding timeframe
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (including written) skill in English & Chinese
- Excellent local government relation experience will be highly appreciated. |
