Roles & Responsibilities:
-Learn about the new technologies/ architecture of hardware/software platforms that will be introduced in future products and provide technology studies to line.
-Analyze the impact a technology introduction has on the activities performed within organization.
-Provide material for the project at relevant Milestone (The material shall be used as input when defining test scope, compiling risks, requesting resources).
-Devising, gaining senior management commitment to, and implementing effective and efficient Test Strategies for projects .Propose test directions/strategies to projects and line and assist project with test planning.
- Proposing automation strategy for a technology area and prototyping automation support.
- Reviewing test plan, test cases to secure the test strategy was fulfilled.
-Training/Coaching on test technology and methodology.
-Identifying the opportunity to improve test quality on test process, strategy, methodology and test automation.
-Building and maintaining interfaces to other organizations within SEMC from technical perspective.
Qualification:
-Knowledge of software development process and test procedure
-Experience of developing, implementing and maintaining Test Strategies and Test Process Improvement program.
-Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Highly team oriented; able to thrive in an agile development environment with few barriers to creativity. Passion for quality with a testing
- Effective communicator capable of describing and documenting proposed solutions
-Strong analysis ability
-Proven ability to learn new technologies
-Fluent oral English, strong reading and writing ability
