1. Accountable for icon and screen visual design for applications

2. Create GUI layouts and define GUI objects (text parameters)

3. Be able to do flash/html prototyping

4. Provide feature management team with feasible graphics and responsible for on time delivery

5. Ensure UX guidelines are fully complied in SW development and contribute to UX guideline

6. Cooperate with internal and external interfaces and provide intelligent user interface graphic support with various concepts.

7. Knowledge of user interaction design and contribute to UI roadmap plan 

8. Research on art direction, review and quality control of visual delivery from team

 

1. Proven professional experience in the design and/or user experience industry

2. Master of Photoshop and Iconography

3. Understanding of design for different screen sizes and resolutions

4. Device application oriented visual design experience

5. Motion graphics experience, understanding of how motion and transition affects design

6. Experience of working with wireframes and design specification documents

7. Experience of visualizing concepts to demonstrate ideas

8. Multi and cross-platform design experience in any of Mobile, TV, IPTV or in-car UI

9. Experience of interaction design and working with interaction designers

10.Knowledge of usability principles and techniques

 

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphic Design, Art Design, Animation, Human Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science or related areas

2. Minimum of 2 years of visual design experience in a software development organization

3. Be good at graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Visio, Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, and MS Office, etc.

4. Fluent written and spoken English

5. Mobile phone industry experience, Android SW knowledge, and animation design

 are big plus

6. Good communication skills across different functions and sites

7. Strong willingness to walk extra miles for excellence
