Responsibility
Responsible of the technical coordination of software developments of applications and middleware for mobile phone platform.
- Provide high level requirement analysis including system impact, risk and effort estimations
- Create and maintain system level design, architectural documentation and guidelines.
- Review and approve high level and detailed design.
- Coach and monitor feature teams during design and implementation.
- Monitor system performance and trigger corrective actions.
- Coordinate concept studies and technical evaluations.
- Drive process related improvements: Guidelines, Best practices

Qualification
- University degree or above in software engineering or related areas.
- Minimum of 5 years of mobile phone software development including practical experience on smart phone platform.
- Outstanding competency in OO design and software development methodology.
- Strong competence in Java, C++/C and Linux development..
- Excellent communication skills (both Chinese and English, written and spoken).
- Strong at establishing team work and cross-functional cooperation.
- Preferable with international or multinational corporation working experience.
- Open minded towards change, strong ability to prioritize and delegate.
- Be highly responsible and proactive. Pursue high performance skills consistently. Strong willingness to walk extra miles for excellence
