Software Technical Interaction Designer

Responsibility
- Accountable for composing UI flow based on requirements and high level design
- Create GUI layouts and define GUI objects (text parameters)
- Coordinate text labels and icons for application development
- Initiate user stories based on requirements for feature development, and support test cases design
- Ensure UX guidelines are fully complied in SW development and contribute to UX guideline
- Contribute to UI roadmap plan in responsible function area
- Provide feature management team with feasible UI solution
- Organize UX design review
- Responsible for Operator specific design

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science or related areas
- Minimum of 2 years of interaction design experience in a software development organization
- Professional in UI design tools such as Visio, Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office, etc.
- Excellent communication skills across different functions and sites
- Fluent written and spoken English
- An open mind towards change; ability to prioritize
- Mobile phone industry experience and Android SW knowledge are big plus
