Facilitate the monthly resource planning activities in Beijing, and also align with GSO (Tokyo) SW resource planning;

Manage the project resource data and line resource data, and maintain the data in database consistently;

Create reports to management team and project team, and advise corrective action if applicable;

Advise proposals/optimization for Beijing SW resources to management team

Advise to improve the planning solution to improve the planning efficiency

Support other activities in Beijing SW planning (e.g. SW release planning)

 

Good at communication, be able to present planning information before SW head and senior managers;

Proper understanding of the mobile phone projects, and be pro-active to take actions on collected project data;

Expert at EXCEL and data processing, able to support Line/Project resource planning using existing tools

Communication with Line/Project managers, identify issues and be able to find solutions

Fluent in English, be able to work with GSO closely
