Follow up and communicate Organizational Effectiveness from cultural, leadership and structural perspective
Assure that specific activities to improve organizational effectiveness, based on follow up activities, are executed
Regional L&OD for Greater China & APAC
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of annual employee survey
Manage all aspects of follow up and communication of L&OD KPIs, if no other specific responsible is named for particular KPI
Make sure all necessary communication to fulfill mission is done
Make sure all systems to fulfill mission are functioning, maintained and updated (systems to be defined as part of mission)
To work on yearly training plan for greater China and APAC, to identify the internal training needs and to find out the solutions to fulfill the needs, incl. to select/indentify external vendors.
