Operator Sales Manager

PURPOSE OF JOB:
Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.
Build and enhance the partnership with CT provincial branches, and achieve sales target.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build strategic and close partnership with CT provincial branches;
Regularly visit customer;
2. Get product ranged by provincial CT with highest priority and subsidy race;
Work closely with Company distributor in region;
Make account solid business plan and execute it;
3. Seek and create opportunity in provincial CT promotion campaign ;
4. Present strong leadership in the team- OCSM (operator city sales manager), encourage/secure the team achieve
monthly/quarterly sales target
5. Work closely with SOMC local team, well connect operator channel and open market business;
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1. Terminal industry experience and operator sales experience at least 5 five year.
2. Good leadership record in the past work experience.
3. Strong passion and well work under pressure. |
