Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.

 

1. Lead Development Efficiency team to drive Development China governance model definition, BSC definition and

monthly BSC report.

2. Lead development Efficiency team to drive Development China communication on newsletter, website structure and

communication plan

3. Lead the Development Efficiency team to drive Development China ISO 9000 compliance

4. Lead the Development Efficiency team to drive process development, process improvement and process implementation collaboration with global development.

5. Lead Development Efficiency team to drive Beijing Site Prototype Security Management improvement collaboration with global security team.

Other   Support Head of Development China to coordinate other operating activities.

 

1. At least 10 years working experience in Mobile Phone industry

   At least 2 years  management experience on operational development

2. Excellent knowledge on product development processes in mobile phone industry

3. Excellent written and oral English skills

   Excellent presentation and communication skills

Other  At least bachelor degree on SW or EE education (MBA is preferred)
