We are looking for a Section manager to lead a team of 17 RF design engineers. Responsibilities is both to develop and support engineers as well as having line responsibility for a number of product and line projects. You will work close and drive new and current technologies, such as GSM, UMTS, LTE, TD-LTE, SG-LTE, TD-SCDMA and Non cellular technologies. You will get good opportunities to develop your leadership as well as stay tuned to the latest technology. You will be a member of Electronics 2 management team and also Global RF management team. EL2 is a department of 58 engineers within RF, Antenna and EMC area.

 

You have several years experience of leading engineers as a line manager or project manager. You are used to plan work ahead and have ability to think in many steps

You have a long background as a HW engineer, preferably within RF for mobile phones. Good presentation and communication skills is a must, both in Chinese and English

 

As a person you are a highly motivated peoples manager with a genuine interest in both people and technology. You have abilities to work in team as well as driving individual tasks.

You have no problem to contribute in a discussion and speak in front of both internal and external forums.
