Description

 

Together with colleagues you will act in a team based environment and deliver attractive, productive and efficient work places within the Region North East Asia.

 

Tasks are both strategic and operative in order to support the corporations local operations.

 

In the team you are responsible for the daily on site delivery of REFM services to end user, with the overall financial responsibility for multiple locations.

 

You will interact with end users, landlords end external But also take the lead in driving internal change projects related to the REFM area.

 

We can offer an exciting international role based in Beijing, other home location can be for discussion, with balanced traveling where you will work with best in class consultants and partners.

 

Qualifications

 

Proficient knowledge of FM delivery, lease negotiation and fit-out of a building including installations.

Experience of budgeting and financial responsibility.

Ability to package end-user needs into services and functions.

Understanding of main cost drivers behind the services.

Ability to manage and drive FM projects.

Ability to control and follow up delivery using only a few KPIs.

Strives to keep updated with the FM industry changes.

Learns and adapts to market logic.

Essential to have well developed communication and collaboration skills

 

Your background：

You have strong academic background and 5-15 years of experience from leading complex REFM operations.

You have worked with real estate from a consulting, corporate and/or owner perspective.
