Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.

As a Manager of HV QA & Transfer Project Office you are managing a global project office department securing the quality dimension in HV manufacturing and transfer of production from industrialization site to local site in Brazil and Argentina. You will mainly be interfacing the Projects, Development PMO and the different factory Management Teams. This role resides in EMS & ODM Operations function which is part of Manufacturing and Logistics within Operations.

 

The purpose of the job is to manage and lead a team of Site Project Leaders who are allocated into the projects in HV phase. Handover is done from IPQM and part of the hand over from IPM to OPM. This handover is done at MSHVM. Additionally manage and lead a team of transfer specialists who sole responsibility is to secure timely and efficient start up of production of products outside the industrialization factory from project management perspective securing material preparation, production process set up and verification at receiving site. Additionally the transfer specialist will take part in the preparation process leading up to decision to enable production outside main site.

 

Improvement programs will occasionally be driven out of the capacity of this role.

 

1.  Drive and Manage the HV QA & Transfer team including way of working

2.  Own and manage the WCDM deliverables that comes with the SPL and Transfer Specialist role. Represent EMS & OMD Operations in process work.

3.  Drive line improvement activities with factories and SEMC related internal functions.

4.  Secure benchmarking and transparency between in-house and out-sourced manufacturing specifically in the project dimension.
