You will response for radio unit prototype phase HW/SW design integration includes:

Connect TRX, PA, FU prototype into radio unit and Integrate radio unit HW and SW into a working product

Radio unit calibration, verification method and process development

Radio unit automated test environment development

Tuning and optimize RF performance based on HW behavior and SW algorithm

Radio unit characterization and parameters setting

Failure trouble shooting

Feedback problem and propose solution to HW, SW and System designer

 

MS or above in Wireless Communication or equivalent

3 + years experience in telecommunications

Solid knowledge of radio standards (GSM, WCDMA,CDMA and LTE)

Solid knowledge in RBS Transceiver architecture and implementation

Familiar with radio instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, etc.

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Good communication skills and social abilities

Good written and spoken English

Preferred Experience on

RBS radio digital design or

RBS Transceiver/Power Amplifier design or

RBS Radio System design or

Automatic Test development design using Matlab, VEE or Labview
