Roles & Responsibilities:

Pls. input at least 3-5 most important R&R of this position which should cover 80% of job required for this

position.

•  Role:

•  Convert product requirements (PRS) into Design requirements specifications (DRS) and take lead in the DRS-work

within the project and other units with target to minimize the product cost and time to market

•  Lead in all technical aspect of project and product

•  Plan and execute the DRS review, Design reviews, Verification Specification (VS), Review verification results

and DRS compliance report from suppliers’

•  Lead in executing regulatory requirements fulfillment

•  Be involved as technical expert in projects towards external parties

•  May perform other duties as assigned.

•  Responsibilities:

•  Secure level of regulatory requirements in DRS.

•  Take part in the Design requirements and verification specification coordination globally.

•  Take lead in the specification planning within the project.

•  To coordinate technical issues and technical objects within the project.

•  Write specifications, arrange review-meetings and secure that the specifications are released.

•  To plan and coordinate the verification activities within the project.

 

Qualification:

Pls. input at least 5 “must-have” qualifications for this position. Eg. Work experiences, education major

& level, what kind of operational skills.

•  A formal education equivalent to at least Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic-and/or Mechanical

engineering.

•  Skills in test and verification within Hardware and Mechanics are preferred.

•  Good Wireless system knowledge is a must.

•  Preferably 5 years experience to verify design (products and processes) against given specifications.

•  Good leadership skills and used to work structured within a given framework.

•  To document product history and identify risks with purpose to suggest improvements for reliability and

environmental requirements.

•  Knowledge of national and international test/safety standards and regulations (electrical, environmental,

automotive etc.)

•  Creativity, analytic ability and good communication skills both in writing and oral in English are required.

•  Overview on market demands and developments regarding products, approvals, interoperability and reliability.

•  Additionally being a self going, task oriented person, who takes own responsibility to get the work done.

•  Object management skills

•  Positive mindset and team work is highly valuable
