In English:

- Develop and measure global development Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for our Key Component List (KCL) and Preferred Parts List (PPL) use to drive quality and development efficiency across our products

- Develop, maintain and implement processes & tools to secure an efficient method & system for our global component forums handling each individual component commodity

- Link our preferred component inventory and component development with our projects for the best possible performance of our products via effective information portals

- Create, administrate, baseline and populate project KCL lists when new components are approved for a project or milestones are reached/passed

- Provide global support to improve the usability of our global component forums assets for all the consumers in the projects

In Chinese: (This is a must input based on New Labor Contract Law of China from January 1, 2008)

- 针对我们的主要器件列表（KCL）和首选器件列表（PPL），建立并衡量全球开发的关键绩效指标（KPI），以用来驱动我们的产品质量和开发效率

- 开发、维护和实现流程及工具，确保我们能够以有效的方法与系统在全球的器件论坛中处理每一个单独的器件类别

- 通过对我们的首选器件目录及器件开发和项目之间的连接，以有效的信息渠道，实现我们产品的最佳性能

- 当新器件被批准可以在项目上使用或者达到/通过里程碑时，创建、管理、奠基和建全项目的KCL列表

- 对所有在项目中的客户提供全球支持，以提高我们全球器件论坛机构的使用性

 

- Electronics Engineering background either academic or work experience

- Quality mindset and understanding with ability to organize information effectively

- Strong communication skills, (Chinese, English & Japanese(optional))

- Analytic skills to not only measure data, but also develop what & how to measure

- IT system understanding to develop tools and integrate legacy systems

- Understanding and experience of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems

 

This position measure and organizes information & data for our global development organization. The performance is measure in the feedback from stakeholders on a regular basis as well as on the efficiency and value added to the information & data

Expectation to the role is that delivery is adopting to the need of the projects and organization by the ability to analyze the value and efficiency of the data analysis & process and suggest new or changed deliveries.
