1. Attend product project as JISSO leader of PBA and FPC design .

  PBA and FPC design check in projects from earlier design phase.

  Support prototype build to secure the PBA and FPC related quality and cost within project schedule.

  Monitor PBA and FPC related qualities till end of product life and take corrective actions when needed.

2. Develop new Surface Mount Technology (SMT) by defining reasonable verification plan. Implement developed  SMT

item into product project with specifying factory requirement, production process, production equipment,

quality standard, sub material (connection material and glue), PBA design, printed wiring board and surface mount

component.

3. Manage and maintain factory requirement, quality standard and production process specification to keep them as

reasonable level for all factories.

Assess and train internal and external partners regarding SMT and Factory requirement.

 

1. Bachelor degree or above. And at least 3 ~ 5 years working experience in mobile product industry as SMT or SMA. Good communication skill both in English and Chinese.

2. Extensive knowledge and experience of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Design For Manufacturing (DFM).

Extensive knowledge and experience of Production process control method (ESD, MSL, Air quality, Process flow, FMEA for SMA and Repair, Industrial Quality standard, Traceability)

Extensive knowledge and experience of  DoE and Statistical method for verification.

3. Strong communication skills, capable of formulating arguments based on previous knowledge, known facts and risks.  Capable of establish and maintain wide and efficient contact networks for Product design (Producibility and DFM) and Manufacturing (Production process control method).

4 Project leadership: planning, structure, communication, prioritization. Can simultaneously handle several projects.
