Business IT Solutions (BIS) is a part of Corporate IT in Company. BIS is responsible for the strategic planning, development and maintenance of IT solutions towards SoMC various business functions. .
We are looking for a Senior SAP Application Architect, who will be responsible for our SAP Architecture within Company.
Description
The SAP Application Architect should be an expert on SAP ECC (R/3) function modules and SAP solution implementations and he/she will own and drive the road map and strategy in the SAP area. He/she will be highly involved in following responsibilities:
* Reviewing and participating as required in modifications & projects from an Architecture standpoint
* Reviewing RCA’s and taking action accordingly
* Initiating projects & modifications with Business Relation Management to improve reliability, security, flexibility, performance scalability and availability
* Proposing solutions to optimize overall Company costs, including application consolidation, re-use etc.
* Providing technical advice and guidance to Solution Managers
* Creating and maintaining roadmap for solution
* Interacting with SAP in order to maintain technical roadmap
* Keeping abreast of new technology and market trends
* Providing guidance and advice about integration capabilities to maintain strategic and consistent approach
Competences and experience required:
* Broad and solid SAP hands on experience
* R/3 - SD/MM/FI/HR
* CRM – Internet sales
* SRM
* Minimum 8 years SAP experience in different roles
* Solid experience in the SAP solution for the following processes:
Order to cash
Procurement to payment.
Accounting and controlling
HR processes
* Experience from several global SAP implementations
* Experience in leading / designing / implementing SAP solutions in global companies
* Process knowledge of consumer goods industries
* Experience with leading reengineering activities
* Ability to communicate with internal and external team members
* Experience of Application Architecture
* Negotiating skills
* Communication skills
* Leadership Skills
To be the perfect candidate you also need good communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills. You need to understand strategies, capabilities and processes and you have a detail orientation but also the ability to see the big picture.
