While in its infancy, our Beijing office requires strong, experienced and knowledgeable leaders to become the foundation of growth.
Job Purpose:
§ Develop, drive and deliver the Sales strategy; focusing on acquiring new accounts, generating revenue and building a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:
§ Sales
- Build, develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified new opportunities; consistently deliver new business and growth
- Provide leadership on all sales engagements; focusing on identifying, understanding and addressing the customer requirement
- Develop and improve Sales processes, methodologies, systems, tools and services to enhance COMPANY Group’s ability to grow the business; efficiency and effectiveness being priorities.
- Contribute to the strategy and business plan; ensure revenue in service offerings are aligned with the strategy
- Develop trusting relationships with senior stakeholders at CXO levels; demonstrating an understanding of their business to create new opportunities
- Organise, produce and lead presentations and product demonstrations; effectively communicate a business solution or proposition based on client requirement and potential markets, adapting the approach and style when required
- Develop and lead commercial propositions; influencing and negotiating at appropriate levels of the client organisation
- Develop and maintain a specialist understanding of COMPANY Group’s offerings; including product and consulting / MCM2 services
- Remain up to date with industry trends and client challenges to effectively communicate business values; ensure that the sales team have the same understanding and knowledge
- Provide information for quarterly management reporting
- Set and drive achievement of personal objectives

- Provide mentoring for team; identify mentoring opportunities across the organisation

- Align work with company strategic goals, develop operational plans and communicatethe direction to the team.
- Provide operational leadership; “getting your hands dirty” to ensure all objectives are achieved
Functional Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
§ Extensive experience in Retail and/or e-Commerce with a Sales/Consulting Leadership foundation, preferably in a Software Solutions environment.
- Retail
· Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Retail industry; able to advise on the market with confidence
· Proven experience leading teamsin Retail departments / channels
- E-Commerce
· Demonstrated experience and knowledge in e-commerce; able to advise on the industry with confidence
· Demonstrated experience contributing, driving and developing the e-commerce industry
· Successfully lead sales campaigns in e-commerce business channels
- Software Solutions
· Successfully lead engagements selling complex enterprise solutions; managed full cycle including contracts and negotiation
§ Demonstrated success in New Business Development; establishing trusting business relationships with clients
§ Demonstrated experience in business consultation; understand the client’s business, client’s industry, client requirements and provide an appropriate solution
§ Extensive experience as a leader; exhibits energy in building, driving, motivating and developinga team towards shared objectives
§ Demonstrated project ownership and accountability; makes sound decisions, delivers and takes responsibility for all outcomes

Qualifications, Accreditation, Licensing and Training Course Requirements
§ Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Technology
§ Preferably a Senior Manager in Retail or Professional Services specialising in enterprise solutions
