--Create and maintain English Master user support content such as startup guide, user guide for mobile phones and accessories for all user support channels e.g. In-box, In-device and Online Web Support.

--Follow quality standards and documentation guidelines.

--Cooperate with internal and external interfaces and provide intelligent user support with various concepts.

--Responsible for on time delivery.

--Contribute to documentation work processes optimization and tool improvement.

 

--Language: Fluent in oral and written English..

--Computer skills: Professional in common-used software, willing to learn new tools, experiences from content management system is preferable.

--Expertise: Solid understanding and lots of practical experience within technical writing area; good knowledge of mobile phone industry is asset;

--Collaboration: Build relationship with others to achieve preset goals.  Work with others towards common targets. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
