RESPONSIBILITIES
· Arrange the facilities for the board meeting and coordinate with different parties to follow up the schedule, travel arrangement as well as meeting minutes taking and so on.
· Coordinate and arrange the activities/meetings for SEC management team to support the business/ team development.
· Greet visitors from external and internal Company to handle the inquiries and advise the right interfaces for the communication and cooperation.
· Support President to build up the healthy relationship with local authorities.
· Review, update and develop all documentation within SEC/MD area in accord with Eridoc process.
· Responsible for internal communication under the corporate guideline and the supervision of HR head to promote company culture and team work.
· Drive specific projects assigned by SEC/MD.
QUALIFICATION
· Bachelor degree major in Administrative management or equivalent.
· Above three years experience in relevant area.
· Pleasant manner with mindset of customer orientated.
· Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
· Independent, proactive and result orientated.
· Capacity of problem solving and driving.
· Very good knowledge in Microsoft office tools
· Fluent English and mandarin both in verbal and written. |
