RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Monitoring – monitor global Company Mobile infrastructure using given tools, identify outages and take counteractive measures

2. IPT 1st & 2nd line support – support end user with Cisco IPT related problems such as new accounts, password changes, voicemail accounts, etc.

3. FW & proxy service request changes – manage changes on Juniper FW’s and BlueCoat & F5 proxies based on requests received through internal ticketing system

4. WAN outage investigation and escalation to external provider- interact with global provider AT&T to resolve site outages

5. 1st line support for transitioned infrastructure services including windows services, database operations, operational license management, AD services and Linux/Unix servers. The scope of EOC 1st support will eventually expand and cover all Infrastructure competence areas in 2012.
