HR Specialist / Senior Specialist Payroll & Data Management team

1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prime responsible for Japan HRMS, payroll, Leave and other HR data maintenance, including organization data, personal data, payroll and benefits info, etc;
• Support annual headcount review, annual salary review and annual incentive targets evaluations and payment, etc;
• Regularly prepare the workforce statistics report to the related HR BPs;
• Contribute to the quarterly SOX control, annual tax filing, annual data audit, etc;
• Act as Contact Center Tier Two agent to take care of enquires on HRMS and C&B related issues raised by employees / counterparts;
• Act as the interface towards 3rd party labor agencies and insurance company based on operational needs.
2. QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES
• Fluent in both written/spoken English and Japanese;
• Good service mind, strong team player;
• Good analytical skills and problem solving skill;
• Positive attitude, a solid performer under high pressure;
• Strong commitment, with accountability and creativity;
• Strong communication and influence skills;
• Bachelor degree or above in human resources, Japanese, economics or related areas;
• Experience with SAP system and application is a plus;
• Japan payroll delivery experience is a plus.
