1.               Be responsible for managing project Customization as people manager

2.               Define and drive process and strategy for customization, with following and breakdown strategy from Software Development Beijing.

3.               Drive performance, set KPI and follow up with the team.

4.               Secure quality and efficiency of projects customization. Be part of PPMO management team, participant strategy and operation work.

1.      Above 3 more year line management or project management experience

2.      8+ years working experience in communication R&D, software development and relevant industry.

3.      Multinational working experience is a plus.

4.      Engineering working background in comm./software

Other.  Good understanding of mobile communication technology and engineering working methodology

Fluent English is must
