Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Working closely with both Technology and Consulting teams. Act as a liaison between users and developers to define user requirements and prepare required documents. Translate business requirements and objectives into technical specifications and documentation. Perform process identification, mapping, data capture, and procedural documentation.
The incumbent will play a key roles of the team and able to take initiative in ensuring that our solutions meet the customers’ business needs.
Typically, the incumbent will be working as part of a multi-skilled team including project management, strategic, technical and creative design personnel looking at all aspects of the solution.
Our Business Analysts often have the opportunity to work on the full lifecycle of the project.
Requirements:
The incumbent will have acquired a range of skills from a related IT or business background, with the creativity and enthusiasm to deliver in a challenging environment.
The skills are likely to include some or all of:
At least 6 years working experience with 4+ years experience in Business Analysis supporting large scale projects.
Structured Analysis and Problem Solving (knowledge of specific methodologies i.e. RUP / UML would be advantageous)
Requirements Analysis and Process Modelling Change Management Appreciation
Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Strong Oral and Written Presentation Skills
Understanding of the Capabilities of IT to Deliver Business Solutions
Technical knowledge or software development experience will be an added advantage
Presales/proposal preparation experience will be an added advantage
Willingness to travel overseas for assignments
Desirable Skills
Strong experience in the retail or Consumer Packaged Goods verticals would be an advantage.
