The ITTE (IT & Test Environment) Strategy Execution & Operations Support Manager acts as the Strategy Driver for RCNA ITTE (Enterprise IT) and coordinator for Operations Support during severe ITTE-related incidents.
The ITTE Strategy Execution & Operation Support (SEOPS) Manager reports to the RCNA ITTE Manager, and is responsible for performing activities as below:
· Strategy driver, alignment & tracking for RCNA ITTE team.
· Support RCNA ITTE Business Practice (BP) managers in converting mid- and long-term business demands into functional and non-functional requirements.
· Track RCNA business demands from ITTE Business Practice (BP) managers and coordinate with ITTE Service Delivery (SD) managers to ensure delivery success.
· Support Demand-to-Solution flow.
· IPCC (Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration) process driver within RCNA ITTE.
· Operations support & escalation driver for severe ITTE-related incidents and follow up on Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Actions implementations.
· Project coordinator for major ITTE projects within RCNA, which requires multitude of resources from multiple vendors.
· Ensuring best practice knowledge sharing within the region.
· Drive user communication on behalf of ITTE team and RCNA ITTE information owner.
Qualifications
· Result-orientated combined with a strong commercial mind
· Project Management skills for large projects
· Communications/presentation and negotiations skills
· Experience in working for a large foreign company with awareness of local business practice
· Fluent in spoken and written English as well as local language(s)
· Good understanding and up-to-date knowledge on ICT and telecommunication trends
· Experience with strategy planning or ICT industry will be preferred
· ITIL knowledge
· High integrity and strong commitment
· Minimum 10 years working experience
· Minimum 5 years of management experience
· Bachelor degree or above
IP & Broadband Network Solution Designer

Job Objective:
To be responsible to design IP & Broadband network solution according to E/// business solution strategy and customer requirement.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with solution system & technology global team, participate new solution pre-study and feasibility, update solution following strategies
· Work closely with product development and design organization to design the end to end solutions
· Work together with solution test team, to help solution test case designing, drive improvement in solution design and verification
· Take a technical lead role in the solution design and verification project planning, establishing and execution phase
· Follow up the delivered solutions with the customer to keep informed about the life cycle evolvement of the implemented customer solution
· Be responsible to spread knowledge in team with comprehensive experience and understanding from different product areas.
· Select and propose 3rd party products/tools for the Solution scenarios.
· Be responsible for continuously keeping competence and skills up to date.
Qualifications
· Master degree in Computer Science, Optical, Electrical Engineering, Telecom, or equivalent theoretical background acquired through experience and/or in any other way.
· Solid knowledge of Packet core, IP, Broadband Access, IMS and Optical network
· Experience of 2G, 3G CS core network is preferred
· Experience of 2G/3G radio access network is a plus
· Certificate of Cisco, Juniper, and HuaWei Datacom products is a plus.
· At least 5 years of relevant product and solution design or verification experience
· Strong team-work and willing to take challenge.
· Self-motivated to drive and push from concept to implementation
· Open minded and innovative to new ideas
· Good command of English (verbal and written)
