ITTE (IT Test Environment) Enterprise Delivery Manager anticipate the business needs, by being in control of the environment, knowing the present situation at the same time as he/she works closely with the business and the colleagues to understand their needs.
ITTE Enterprise Delivery Manger is accountable for day-to-day management of IT services, projects and working closely with internal IT partners/outsourcing suppliers.
This role reports to Head of Delivery Management in region RCNA and mainly provides ITTE services to GNOC (global network operations center) users.
This ITTE Manager is responsible for performing activities as below:
·Manage IT service delivery for GNOC site .
·Proactively managing business requirements and deliver IT services as required.
·Report and govern ongoing projects and day to day IT operations with
business/users in the region.
·Securing the availability of efficient services for the local business needs
·Being operational on a day to day basis and be able to resolve crisis in conjunction
with the partners and business
·Manage suppliers and monitor SLA delivery
·Monitor business needs and the corresponding ISIT delivery
·Manage Information security as one of the prime deliverable through the partner and
internal security organization within Company
·Be located in the business organization represented, in order to build on
relationship/networks as well as gaining understanding on business development.
·To work with the Site Controller and the ITTE internally to establish and control the
Site IT Forecast from ITTE perspective
·Secure local execution of global programs locally when delegated from Global or
Regional ITTE Manager.
·Drive local performance improvement activities
·Be the ITTE Interface towards to end users/local business mgmt team for IT issues /
questions / demand / escalation.
·Coordinate/manage IS/IT education for local users
·IT-facility management planning
·Working closely with other global and local ITTE teams..
Qualifications
·Result orientation combined with a strong commercial mind
·Project Management skills for large projects, e.g. M&A.
·Strong knowledge of GNOC & Managed Service-specific IT & Engineering
environment and good understanding of information security
·Communications/presentation and negotiations skills
·Experience on working in a large foreign company and awareness of local business
practice.
·Fluent in oral and written English as well as local language(s)
·Experience from the IS/IT environment including tools and development environments
(Windows, UNIX, SAN, Networks (LAN and WAN), Data centre management,
Helpdesk management, SLA tools and services
·Experience in financial management and reporting including license management
·High integrity and strong commitment
·Bachelor degree or above.
·Minimum 8 years working experience and 4 years Mgmt experience.
