Qualifications
The candidate should possess a Master degree in CS/EE with 5+ years working experience or a Bachelor degree with 8+ years working experience on Linux *graphics driver development. Additional qualifications include:
- Excellent SW development, debugging and testing skills in C/C++.
- Solid experience in OpenGL/OpenGL ES driver development.
- Experience in X11 or DirectFB driver development.
- Experience in Linux* Kernel development.
- Experience in Company Architecture and IA based embedded driver development is a good plus.
- Experience in software optimization, performance tuning, graphics algorithm is a good plus.
- Strong commitment to deliver task on schedule with high quality.
- Be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
You will be joining PRC Graphics and Display Driver Team in Digital Home Group as a Sr. Software Engineer. This team is responsible for Graphics and Display Driver development for Company SoC (System on Chip) based CE platform such as digital set-top boxes, connected Audio/Video devices, etc. In this position, you will be mainly responsible for developing/debugging/optimizing 3D/2D graphics drivers for Company IA SoC media processor. You will be working closely with US partners and local teams on project development and customer support. |
