Solution Manager, Hu Bei Mobile Account
Wuhan
 
Description
Drive in certain product and solution areas in line with the company's portfolio strategies and ensure high quality performance on technical sales and product marketing activities
Support account strategy planning in order to make maximum sales and secure long term growth. Drive implementation of account marketing strategy
Support the sales team by defining technical solutions as well as the development and implementation of technical sales strategies towards the customer
Participate in technical tender handling and take Account CSR
Prepare and carry thought customer presentations, offer and negotiations
Technical customer interface, and to perform customer solution lobby
Sales opportunity identification and sales package repackaging to meet both Customer needs and Account sales target
Organize and coordinate resources outside Account to support business activities  
 
Qualifications
Related university degree in telecommunications
Experience from IT/Telecom within product development, product management, technical sales support work for a minimum of 3 years.
Ability to work effectively individually as well as in teams, flexibility to work on new areas, and to show good quality work under pressure.
Ability to establish a broad and relevant contact network with customer organizations as well as within Ericsson
Broad telecom product/solutions/network competence
Excellent command of English language, written and oral.
Business understanding, where understanding of the customer's and our own profitability is in focus.

Description
-Development of customer relationship at provincial level
- Customer interface regarding relevant products
- Develop Company business toward Provincial Mobile by actively conducting seminar and promotion activity in line with account plan and China Mobile account directive.
- Consolidation of orders, sales and material planning forecasts
- Support KAM to fulfill A/R collection and OB/NS financial target.
- Bid manager for Customer offers and conduct commercial negotiation assigned by KAM
- Development of respective plan and strategies in line with team objectives assigned by KAM
- Coordination of business activities and information sharing with relevant divisions
- Analysis business intelligence and get competitor information at provincial level
  
Qualifications
 - M.Sc., B.Sc. or similar in telecom , computer and electric engineering field
- At least 5 years experience in Telecommunication or relevant industry
- Knowledge and experience in marketing, sales or product management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- know local culture and customer behavior preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred
- Have a passion to win and being willingness to take challenge

Description
 Developing the long term business with the customer in AH Telecom by building and maintaining key relationships and trust as well as identifying profitable business opportunities based on strategic partnership.
Measured on Orders Booked and Net Sales
Represent complete product portfolio including services and 3rd party partnering
Leverage expert support from Customer Solutions/Services Delivery to drive sales and delivery of full portfolio
Prioritise engagements towards customer and orchestration of support and opportunities towards custome
Drive and ensure Customer Satisfaction
·Accountable towards the customer from initial engagement to final acceptance and collection
Establishing coordination with Customer Unit Solutions and Customer Engagement & Region Portfolio Management &Commercial Management for strategies, prices and other business terms.
Responsible to ensure effective and efficient deployment of the Sales Process as defined within the Company overall Business Process.
 
Qualifications
 Fluent English, At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
University degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
Demonstrated ability to win orders in a difficult customer and competitive market environment.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the customer's business priorities to look at opportunities from the customer's perspective.
Proven sales management capability, preferably an existing KAM or with sales management experience
Strong business and financial awareness to ensure understanding of the implications that various courses of action will have on costs and revenues
Strong focus on achieving results and operational excellence.

Description
 1, Manage the customers relationship and to achieve high customers satisfactions.
2, Work with C3 team to increase the sales especially for services and MMSI, and to fully explore new business opportunities.
3, Closely work with customers to understand their business concerns and requirements and package Company product portfolio to meet their request.
4, Timely collect AR and monitor the PAC/FAC status.
  
Qualifications
 1, University degree or above; Major in Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering is preferred.
2, At least 3+ year working experiences with telecom operators.
3, Team sprits and willing to travel.
4, Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills and acting as a powerful team player;
5, Active and self-disciplined.
