Description
Developing the long term business with the customer in Hebei Telecom by building and maintaining key relationships and trust as well as identifying profitable business opportunities based on strategic partnership.
· Measured on Orders Booked and Net Sales
· Represent complete product portfolio including services and 3rd party partnering
· Leverage expert support from Customer Solutions/Services Delivery to drive sales and delivery of full portfolio
· Prioritise engagements towards customer and orchestration of support and opportunities towards customer
· Drive and ensure Customer Satisfaction
· Accountable towards the customer from initial engagement to final acceptance and collection
· Establishing coordination with Customer Unit Solutions and Customer Engagement & Region Portfolio Management &Commercial Management for strategies, prices and other business terms.
· Responsible to ensure effective and efficient deployment of the Sales Process as defined within the Company overall Business Process.
Qualifications
· Fluent English, At least 3-5 years of experience in sales.
· University degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
· Demonstrated ability to win orders in a difficult customer and competitive market environment.
· Strong business acumen and understanding of the customer's business priorities to look at opportunities from the customer's perspective.
· Proven sales management capability, preferably an existing KAM or with sales management experience
· Strong business and financial awareness to ensure understanding of the implications that various courses of action will have on costs and revenues
· Strong focus on achieving results and operational excellence.
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
· Excellent leadership and ability to lead teams
· Ability to communicate effectively |
