Description
l Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS & BSS) has been defined as one of the seven Engagement Practices. The scope of this practice encompasses OSS, BSS and SD&P solution domains.
l We are looking for Senior Consultants whom dare to break new grounds, have passion to win, persevere, are both a driver and team player. Engage our customers with thought leadership to drive business and technology propositions, to enhance customers' competitiveness and establish trusting partnership.
l You are expected to lead a virtual cross departmental team including Solution Architects, Subject Matter Experts and others to develop customer centric propositions.
l You will engage multiple customers and be prepared to travel within Region China and North East Asia.
Qualifications
To work as Senior Consultant, You need to :
l ·Listen to customers to understand their key goals and challenges, to translate into new sales leads
l ·Proactively define operator engagement proposals applicable to the RCNA customer needs
l ·Drive strategic and tactical plans towards customer's key decision makers, with business propositions, technology consulting, customized solutions and migration proposals together with the solution team
l ·Build long term customer relationship and position Company as a trusted partner
l ·Work closely with Customer Units and KAMs to capture new opportunities
l ·Collaborate with internal organization to achieve common targets
l ·Responsible for managing and meeting the customer's expectations during the engagement process
l ·Maintain an RCNA and global Consulting network to facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing
l ·Familiar with industrial trends and business models through the business intelligence networks.
Qualifications of Senior Consultant
l ·University degree or Master in Business/Engineering/ICT or equivalent knowledge acquired through long-term job experience
l ·Extensive experience in consulting or similar role either in Company, telco vendor, operator or consulting firm
l ·Sound knowledge of operators' business needs and technical understanding in the OSS or BSS or SD&P domains
l ·Insights to customer challenges, revenue opportunities and sharp business acumen
l ·Strong in consultative selling, familiar with different engagement models (CSI, Managed Services, Product Engagement)
l ·Possess strong leadership, cultural awareness and excellent communication skills
l ·Creative and self motivated
l ·Experienced in competence management and knowledge management
l ·Fluent in English and preferably also in either Mandarin, Japanese or Korean
To work as Senior Solution Architect, you need to:
l ·Listen to customers to understand their key goals and challenges, to generate new leads and value-based selling
l ·Engage customers in near-, mid- and long-term architectural framework and industry standards discussions
l ·Develop end-to-end solutions jointly with customers
l ·Build long term customer relationships and position Company as a trusted partner
l ·Work closely with Customer Units and KAMs to introduce new opportunities
l ·Leverage on global and other regional best practices
l ·Collaborate with internal organization to achieve common targets
Qualifications of Senior Solution Architect:
l ·University degree in Engineering/ICT or equivalent knowledge acquired through long-term job experience
l ·Extensive proven track records as a Solution Architect in the Telco or IT industry
l ·Sound knowledge of operators' business needs and roadmaps in the OSS or BSS or SD&P domains
l ·Strong solution development skill in the OSS or BSS or SD&P domains
l ·Leadership skills
l ·Strong communication and presentation skills
l ·Creative, self motivated, and good business acumen
l ·Fluent in English and preferably also in either Mandarin, Japanese or Korean
