Description
·   Perform as prime as service solution sales to fulfill service growth strategy for CUGB accounts (Telecom, Cable & Media and Verticals)
·   Work with KAM and solution team to define service business status, setup and execute service tactical plan
·   Interface with service product, delivery and engagement team on customer understanding, lobbying and service marketing
·   Work in or with Core-3 team in formulating service solution, proposals, pricing strategy and key issue analysis under Sales Process
·   Lead in negotiations on services with customer or associated 3rd party
·   Assist manager on business plan, review and reporting
 
Qualifications
·   Bachelor degree or higher in telecom, engineering or business.
·   Minimum three years of experiences in telecom/IT service sales and/or project management.
·   Business mindset, knowledge and experience in product, service and commercial aspects.
·   Capable to drive new service solutions in an coordinated team frameworks
·   Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skill

Description
As senior account manager of CP sales, you will be responsible for all CT CP project. You need to obtain targeted RFQ and organize resources to manage submission of bidding document and achieve bidding target. Team work is highly expected
The responsibilities and main tasks for the above mentioned managers are outlined as the following:
·   Establish and maintain good customer relationship with CT HQ customers.
·   Be aware of competitors marketing and sales activities and price strategies.
·   Identify business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
·   Marketing promotion on Company's all wireline and wireless solutions

HR Specialist / Senior Specialist, Payroll & Data Management team

Description
This Job Description applies to HR Specialist / Senior Specialist in HR&O Payroll & Data Management team of Company (China) Communications Company Ltd.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
·   Prime responsible for Japan HRMS, payroll, Leave and other HR data maintenance, including organization data, personal data, payroll and benefits info, etc;
·   Support annual headcount review, annual salary review and annual incentive targets evaluations and payment, etc;
·   Regularly prepare the workforce statistics report to the related HR BPs;
·   Contribute to the quarterly SOX control, annual tax filing, annual data audit, etc;
·   Act as Contact Center Tier Two agent to take care of enquires on HRMS and C&B related issues raised by employees / counterparts;
·   Act as the interface towards 3rd party labor agencies and insurance company based on operational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES
·   Fluent in both written/spoken English and Japanese;
·   Good service mind, strong team player;

·   N&TC Service Product Marketing Manager, Core Network Design and Optimization
·   Reporting directly to Head of Product Area, Network & Technology Consulting
·   Position Summary
·   Network & Technology Consulting is part of the Services Organization. We provide network strategy consulting, planning & design, network audit and network performance improvement. We support with: introduction of new networks and evolution of existing networks with new technology, new end-user services, enhanced capacity, optimal performance, migrations etc in the Mobile, Fixed and IP areas.
·   The Service Product Manager of PA N&TC is responsible for Core network N&TC service portfolio management, including preparing and keeping up to date service description & services option descriptions, presentation material, marketing guidelines, sales argumentation, pricing guidelines and pricing/margin directives, model contract with service level agreement, etc.
 
The responsibility includes:
·   Developing of Core Networks Design and consulting solutions based on existing and future product portfolio from Company in the areas of core and future networks.
·   Actively living of the Proactive Selling approach from a technology side.
·   Securing the right attention in the global services for local market requirements (Product Development and customization).
·   Provide marketing and sales support for Core Network Design and optimization in CS&PS area and identify business leads
·   Follow up and contribute on RFI and RFQ with focus on offering the best suitable solution and pricing.
·   Present and discuss the solutions during meetings with existing and new customers.
·   Create and maintain evolution plans (for existing solutions) on local as well as global level, e.g. substitution, maintain product plans and strategies.
·   Creating TCO calculations with the account responsible and customers.
·   Working according the Core3 principle in close co-operation with Account and Operations.

Qualifications

·   Expertise on Core Network Design and Core Network Technology Consulting areas.
·   Solution Management experience (preferable within Company in the area of Product/solution Management/Technical Sales Support).
·   Operational experience at the customer site within the Core Network Design area
·   Knowledge of the implementation, operational, administration and maintenance tasks involved in operating a network.

Description
·   To be the responsible of technical solution sales support in the defined areas.
·   To provide technical solution sales support (include but not limited to: technical proposal, solution presentation, sales arguments, solution (HW and SW) dimensioning etc.) to local account sales, assisting sales to be successful in their endeavours;

·   Competent in planning and organizing;
·   Able to be a team member and add values, Self-motivated and customer oriented;
·   Good in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
