Description
1. Be responsible for data mining analysis, including research and analysis of data mining algorism, requirement analysis, data modeling, prototyping of specific data mining project.
2. Be responsible for business case analysis and provide solution and algorism implementation.
3. Have the capability to utilize the data mining technique to solve the problem in the areas of telecom customer business analysis and market strategy, be familiar with the statistics measurement of telecom business.
4. Deeply understanding of business logic, utilize data mining method to describe the telecom business characters, find business bottleneck and raise the realistic suggestion to drive the company's business growth.
5. Need to involve into the requirement analysis, e2e solution, modeling design and implementation for the commercial intelligent platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement:
2 years working experience on data mining.
Needed Skills:
1. 2~3 years and above working experience on data mining, have the rich experience on data mining modeling and algorism design, could work independently on data mining project implementation.
2. Master degree and above in Mathematics or CS, have the knowledge in Statistics, Human intelligence, and data mining.
3. Be familiar with data mining and data warehouse related theory and principle, be familiar with data mining modeling creation, and be proficient in some common data mining tool like SAS EM/IBM IM/SPSS Clementine/Oracel DM etc.
4. Be familiar with database and master SQL.
5. Good capability in logic analysis, communication in both writing and verbal.
6. Good capability to solve the business problem using the data mining and analysis method.
7. With working experience in telecom area especially in OSS/BSS/BOSS or consultant company in internet data mining will be preferred.
Education: MS and above in Mathematics or CS
