· Own, drive, perform and coordinate new Radio components evaluation, analysis, decision and verification.
· Join the global Radio component forum to contribute to component roadmap, CR investigation and share experience.
· Responsible for the design environments, including reference design, PDP, CDB.
· Work together with system experts to make Radio sub system design analysis and verification plan
· Support product project for the component application verification and design optimization.
· Support task forces and coordinate the Radio HW DMS issue that cross several products projects. Sometimes cross different sites.
· Technical interface towards Radio vendors.
Qualification
· At least 5 years experience working in Radio area.
· Experience with platform and new components design.
· Asserts own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment from others; mobilizes people to take action, using creative approaches to motivate others.
· Can identify project risk, priories, take action to reduce risk and prevent risk.
· Can have international travel.
· Fluent in English.
Senior Acoustics Engineer

Senior HW Quality Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
· Drive Quality improvements projects towards different organizations within Company and towards our factories
· Be the Quality interface towards the PLD HW in Beijing and be interface towards other quality organizations for the PLD HW in Beijing
· Be interface towards the product development in Beijing for component related issues.
· Analyze component related issues, feedback and follow up towards relevant line owner
· Support platform project with quality data from field and factory
· Interface towards customer service getting components and component related data from field
· Collect Quality information from field and factories and distribute to relevant stakeholders
· Participant in relevant Quality projects as a representative for PLD HW Beijing
Qualification
· At least 15 years experience working in quality or electronics area.
· Experience with platform and new components design.

Antenna Engineer

· Own, drive, perform and coordinate ceramic antenna evaluation, analysis, decision and verification.
· Lead the ceramic antenna component forum to contribute to component roadmap, CR investigation and sharing experience.
· Responsible to solve the issues found in product projects due to components.
· Work together with product projects for the component application verification and design optimization.
· Support task forces and coordinate the radio HW DMS issue that cross several products projects and cross different sites.
· Work together with system experts to make radio sub system design analysis and verification plan
· Technical interface towards ceramic antenna vendors.
Qualification
· At least 10 years experience working in antenna area.
· Experience with platform and new components design.
· Asserts own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment from others; mobilizes people to take action, using creative approaches to motivate others.
· Can identify project risk, priories, take action to reduce risk and prevent risk.
· Can have international travel.
