(Sr.) HR Recruitment Specialist

Description
· End-to-end responsibility of recruitment, including hiring request analysis, talent sourcing, selection by using interviews and various assessment tools
· Understand the recruitment needs base on the business needs, support the resources planning
· Perform candidates CVs screening, deliver group and face-to-face interviews
· Communicate effectively with hiring manager, HR Business Partners, ad other stakeholders
· Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance
· Generate reports on recruitment status, vendor performance analysis and other related reports upon requests
· Play the project manager role of various recruitment projects
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or above from top university, majored in Human Resources and Organizational Management or English is preferred;
· 3-5 years working experiences with minimum 2 years HR experiences in multi-national companies, experiences with Hi-tech industry is preferred;
· Solid skills and experiences in recruitment activities especially in conducting interviews, performing candidates selections and assessment;
· Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills;
· Strong capability to quickly understand business operations;
· service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated;
· Can work under high pressure
· Good command of English and Chinese
