Summary: Responsible for the strategic development, operations, human resources and financial management of the project manager office.
1. Accountable for development delivery commitment through resource planning, cost control and task allocation.
2. Set objectives, provide coaching, guidance and feedback, lead team members to their optimum performance levels
3. Establish and continuously improve project management process, tools and environment to ensure project delivery with quality and efficiency.
4. Recruits, develop and manage competence, performance and compensation of the unit.
5. Ensure proper coaching and knowledge transfer within the unit.
6. Make quality decisions and take appropriate actions within the area of responsibility.
7. Cooperate closely with the other R&D sites worldwide in Beijing, Sweden, Japan, and US etc.
8. Foster strong relationships to all relevant internal and external customers and partners.
9. Create highly motivating and productive working culture by leading as an example
Qualification:
1. University/Master degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering or related areas
2. Strong track record in project management.
3. Minimum of 6 years of project manager/leadership experience in a software development organization.
4. Exceptional knowledge and skills in software development methodology and processes
5. Preferable with international or multination corporation working experience.
6. Highly developed people and communication (both Chinese and English) skills.
7. Excellent knowledge of mobile technology and Internet technology.
8. Be able to excel in idea generation, evaluation and prioritization, customer and partner engagement, cross-functional cooperation and building/ developing great engineering teams.
9. An open minded towards change, ability to prioritize and delegate.

- Accountable for system integration and verification (I&V) delivery commitment through resource planning, cost control and task allocation.
- Continuously improve system I&V process, tools and environment to ensure quality delivery with best-in-class efficiency.
- Recruits, develop and manage competence, performance and compensation of the unit.
- Ensure proper coaching and knowledge transfer within the unit.
- Make quality decisions and take appropriate actions within the area of responsibility.

Roles & Responsibilities
Summary: Accountable for delivering feature project results (Time, Scope, Quality & Cost)
1. Cooperate closely with the other R&D sites worldwide in Beijing, Sweden, Japan, and US etc.
2. Project Integration Management - develops and executes project plans and controls overall changes.
3. Project scope management - initiates, plans, defines, verifies and controls change of scope.
4. Project time management - defines activities, sequences and estimates duration. Develops and controls schedules.
5. Project cost management - plans resources, estimates, budgets and controls costs.
6. Project quality management - plans, assures and controls quality.
7. Project human resources management - responsible for organizational planning, staff acquisition and team development.
8. Project communications management - plans communication, distributes information and reports performance.
9. Project risk management - identifies, quantifies and develops action plans to minimize impacts
10. Project procurement management - plans, selects sources and administers assignments and contracts.
Qualification
1. University degree or above in computer science, EE or related areas.
2. Strong track record of project management with minimum 3 years related working experience in software industry as project manager.
3. Be able to excel in idea generation, evaluation and prioritization, customer and partner engagement, cross-functional cooperation and building/ developing great engineering teams.
4. Excellent knowledge of software development.
5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills both in English and Mandarin.
