The requirements on our products, from both existing and potential new customers, are currently very high and there is a big demand of product support.
In order to meet the demands above and to secure a continued success of the Company Packet Core products, we are expanding support area.
As a support engineer your main responsibilities are to together with your team:
- Handle CSR of SASN(Service Aware Support Node) which is Company DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) enforcement node
- Perform troubleshooting on node (live and lab)
- Participate/Run customer Demos
- Participe in FOA
- Close co-operation with your interfaces, within PDU as well as MU/GSC
Qualifications
- GPRS/WCDMA/4G network Knowledge and excellent Service Aware relevant product knowleadge
- TCP/IP knowleadge
- Basic Linux administrator's knowleadge and advanced user skills
- Excellent verbal and written English

Method & Tools Coordinator

Description
MSC Feature Development Center (FDC) in Shanghai has responsibility of developing new standard and market features from early phases to release handover.
To strengthen the area of Method & Tools (M&T), we are looking for an open minded, agile, and result focused M&T coordinator, who can provide full M&T support for our Feature Development Teams (FDTs), drive improvements, provide guidelines/instructions, and also set & implement local design-environment implementation strategy, based on requirement from central M&T.
As M&T coordinator, you will support CBC FDC development & delivery from multiple features and act as FDC 1st escalation point for local M&T issue and fault handling & troubleshooting.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate design environment, configuration, installation & basic usage support
- Plan & implement local design-environment implementation strategy, based on requirement from central M&T
- Coordinate & support FDTs with new tool configuration, installation & basic usage
- Coordination of local M&T improvement within CBC FDC
- Method & Tools training for CBC FDC FDTs
- Local support & coordination of modeling tools
- Align and deploy updates of existing methods in CBC FDC (from global M&T)
- Deployment of guidelines/instructions/templates in the FDC (from global M&T)
- Deployment & improvement of document handling
- Act as 1st escalation point for local M&T issue and fault handling & troubleshooting, in close cooperation with central M&T, tool vendors, ISIT, HCC, and other FDCs
Qualifications
- Technical leader, ability to lead methods & tools support within an agile development environment.
- Self-starter, drive, and soft skills to efficiently resolve rapid M&T problems and support FDTs during feature development phase.
- Service minded and willing to take on big responsibility of supporting multiple FDT

Senior Software Engineer

Description
- Define and maintain high-level solution architecture;
- Define and manage technical requirement on the nodes involved in the solution according to customer and business needs;
- Present and actively sell the solution to product manager or customer;
- System Study on the introduction of new feature/function, provide high level solution as well as rough cost estimation on the development effort;
- Design and improve solution characteristics;
- Analyze and select third party products for the solution;
- Support projects as the breakdown requirement owner;
- Act as contact interface regarding solution issues, represent in external review/discussion, including sales discussion and presentation.
- Contribute in process development and improvement.
Qualifications
- University Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following majors: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information technology with more than Five years experience in related field is required.
- Excellent knowledge in Object Oriented Analyze & Design, and competent in design patterns.
- Excellent knowledge in programming language such as C/C++/C# or Java.
- Solid knowledge in smart phone platform development such as iPhone, Android, PC with strong .NET, WPF competence is preferred.
- Solid knowledge on telecom infrastructure: IMS, SIP signaling, JSR289, GSM/WCDMA.
- Good knowledge on Database usage, e.g. experience on Oracle 10g is an advantage.
- Can work independently, easy to work with and strong team work spirit.
- Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal), able to express own thinking clearly.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply to work tasks.
