Job description:
l Understand business strategy and interpret business priorities into HR focused areas.
l To work together with business managers on defining resources needs and optimizing resources allocation complying with the business strategies
l Analysis short-term and long-term leadership requirements and develop the leadership development program on all managerial levels for the business development needs.
l Drive the competence development upon the corporate guideline and company practice to support building a high efficient supply organization.
l Monitor the key HR performance indicators and provide the proposal for the improvement to ensure high motivation in the organization.
l Provide external benchmark and perform the internal analysis on C&B competitiveness to keep high level of key staff retention.
l Conduct the analysis of employee motivation and leadership capability upon the annual employee survey. Develop the improvement action plan for sustainable development.
l Drive key resource identification and local leadership talent resource pool for succession plan.
l Coach, counsel and advise the management and business managers regarding employee motivation and relation issues.
l Facilitate workshop for HR guideline/practice and knowledge sharing of management skills.
l Develop and maintain the close cooperation with local authorities, HR networks and man power agencies.

Qualification:
l Major in Human resource management or equivalent
l Minimum 5 years experience in HR managerial role
l Experience in Telecommunication or electronics industry will be the plus
l Fluent in both Chinese and English
l Personal credibility
