Job description:
· Responsible for developing Quality management from supplier quality to end customer quality
· Steer and identify Six-sigma projects at company level to drive for continuous improvement.
· Drive Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) to improve incoming material quality for supply efficiency development.
· Develop our process and products improvement concept
· Excellent responsiveness; from early development phase, volume production in-house and at EMS to customer complains
· Drive production quality improvement according to customer requirements
· Drive customer quality to make sure customer quality issues are managed in an efficient manner.
· Promote quality awareness within SEC.
· Cooperate with the rest of Company China Supply sites to share experience and knowledge in quality management area.
· Close cooperation with Company power modules globally
· Develop Inspection methods from incoming to final inspection
Required competence:
· Business understanding and customer orientation
· Six-sigma and Lean knowledge
· Process and Performance/orientation
· Driving changes
· Cooperation and decision-making
· Communication and Presentation skills
Qualification:
· Major in Science and technology or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Management managerial position
· Experience in Telecommunication or electronics industry will be the plus
