Responsibilities:
- Normal design/maintain work to meet project requirement, including
o Theory analysis and simulation for cavity filter design
o Finish design related documents
o Tuning, optimize and verify performance
- To carry out effectively and efficiently for all the activities
- Keep study continuously to maintain competition level
- Contribute to HW lab using in an efficient way
- Follow Company process/procedure
- Support production line
- Support manager's work
- Cooperation with other designer in project
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master degree or above in Microwave or wireless communication or equivalent
- Solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field.
- Solid knowledge of simulation SW such as: HFSS, CST, ADS…
- Experiences of cavity filter design in RBS product and passive components design
- Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems
- Open-minded

Mechanical Design Engineer
Beijing/Chengdu
Description
A mechanical design engineer works within well-defined system and technology areas with methodology, mechanical characteristics and design rules.
· Performs reviewing, quick studies and pre studies
Performs mechanical co-ordination work within local projects
Performs other mechanical design activities.
Guides trainees.
Works independently and uses the early mechanical design methods, including the 3D software tool Pro/Engineer.
Is able to do a detailed planning of own work in order to meet the requirements on quality, cost and time.
Cooperating with R&D center sourcing staff , a mechanical design engineer works with external vendors in the area of mechanical design.
Qualifications
INTERFACES:
Typically, but not restricted to:
· Internal: within Company R&D organizations corresponding departments (RBS system and RAN system) as well as product management, manafacture and global service of Company.
· External: for external suppliers regarding technical prespects
Qualifications
· Master degree or above with background in Mechanical Engineering; PHD is preferable
· Very good knowledge of Wireless Communication systems;
· Research experience related to mechanical design;
· Good communication skills and social abilities;

Senior Integration Engineer
Beijing
Description
Company China R&D has new research work related to software Radio platform. We are seeking respected and self motivated Senior Integration Engineer for our design development center. You will have these responsibilities:
- Design, implement and configure automated test beds supporting realization and validation of Company radio product of LTE.
- System level trouble shooting between test bench and DUT( Company radio product).
- Plan, develop and implement test plans and test documentation for automated test systems.
- Design and implement automated test systems (hardware and software) for new requirement with focus on robustness and test record analysis tools.
- Developing the matlab and VEE tools for radio designer.
Qualifications
Minimal Qualifications:
- MS in Engineering/Science or above.
- 3 + years experience in telecommunications.
- Familiar with radio test instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, etc.,
- Good Radio system knowledge, at least have work experience for base station design.
- Good manipulative ability
- Familiar with VEE and matlab
Preferred Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience in developing and implementing production test plans, procedures and test documentation from primary design documents and international standards.
- Hardware debugging experience for both analog and digital designs
- Knowledge with IEEE 488 protocol ,real-time embedded processors, troubleshooting, and failure root cause analysis.
- Test automation experience including LabView, HP VEE, IEEE-488, and C.
- English Fluency
- Able to read and understand technical materials written in English
- Can communicate through writing with engineers in Sweden headquarters .
TD-LTE Integration & Verification Engineer
Beijing/Nanjing
Description
Integrate SW and HW by receiving delivery from design; verify SW or HW functionality to ensure product quality.
You will work as TD-LTE system I&V, which covering below areas:
.Function integration
.KPI (key performance indicator) verification
.Function verification
.Radio performance verification
.Environmental performance verification
.Product approval
Also as I&V engineer, you will take responsibility to support trial and customer site if needed.
Responsibility:
- Design and prepare test environment, including device under test (DUT) and test instruments
- Design/define test cases to ensure test coverage
- Test case execution, issue TR (trouble report) or CR (change request)
- Trouble-shooting
- Write test report and record
- Version control of SW and HW
- Support to trial and customer site
Qualification:
- Master or above, major in EE, CS, or similar
- Working experience in TD-LTE or TD-SCDMA I&V or design
- In depth understanding of TD-LTE system
- In depth understanding the role of I&V
- Good at trouble-shooting
- Good learning record
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- White-box test experience is a plus
- Instrument usage (SG, SA, UE-Sim) experience is a plus
LTE system engineer

Description
1. Company LTE RAN system management, including roadmap proposal
2. Support Market Unit China with LTE RAN expertise, such as customer lobby
3. Support LTE R&D center in the system management and system design, by Requirement analysis and effort estimation
4. Carry out theoretical analysis and computer simulations for LTE
5. Secure new ideas by actively working with patents in the projects
6. Transfer know-how and results achieved in the projects by writing reports, arranging and taking part in technical seminars, etc.
7. LTE customer trial technical management
8. LTE site performance analysis and improvement
Qualifications
· Master degree above in telecommunications or electrical engineering
· Understanding in LTE RAN technology and products, including system design and system management, radio resource management, RAN optimization and performance tuning, operation and maintenance
· Broad knowledge of other wireless technology such as TDSCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA
· Enjoy working in a cross units team environment
· Strong baseband chip design and work experience in LTE are highly desirable
· Skillful with C/C++, Matlab
· Good communication skills and social ability
· Good team work spirit
· Ability to co-operate and work with people from different cultures
· Self-motivated, flexible and fluent in English both oral and written
