(Sr.) HR Recruitment Specialist

Description
The position holder reports directly to Recruitment manager, Company China & Northeast Asia. The main interfaces are:
HR business partners and SMEs
Business lines HR colleagues in Shared Service Center
Main responsibilities:
- Understand the recruitment needs based on the business needs, support the resources planning
- Understand the job requirements, prepare job posting internally and externally
- Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with hiring manager and HR Business Partiner (BP)
- Perform the candidates CVs screening, deliver the first round interviews
- Communicate effectively with hiring manager, HR Business Partners, ad other stakeholders, present offers to the selected candidates
- Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance
- Generate reports on recruitment status, vendor performance analysis and other related reports upon requests
- Participate in recruitment related project as key contributor
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above from top university, majored in Human Resources and Organizational Management or English is preferred;
- At least 5 years working experiences with minimum 3 years HR experiences in multi-national companies, experiences with Hi-tech industry is preferred;
- Solid skills and experiences in recruitment activities especially in conducting interviews, performing candidates selections and assessment;
- Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills;
- Strong capability to quickly understand business operations;
- Is service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated;
- Can work under high pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese
