Company China R&D LTE Research Center is looking for L1 control and OAM SW engineers for LTE eNodeB. In the challenging of LTE wireless projects, China R&D LTE Research Center does the systemization, implementation, and test/integration of the LTE eNodeB SW/HW, and its SW department does the systemization, implementation, and test/integration of the SW. Today we develop products both in C and Assembly. As a L1 control and OAM SW designer in our team you will work on SW design, implementation and documentation for LTE physical layer. You will participate in systemization together with people from system unit and other teams as well as integration work and test together with people from HW design and from Verification. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is part of the work. You will also participate in pre-studies and feasibility studies when needed. The work may also include improvement of SW development methods and implementation of new tools/environments i.e. continuous improvements. To enforce our software development capacity, we are looking for experienced PHY layer software designers with the ambition to grow and take responsibility, and become an important contributor within our base station development.
Qualifications
· Degree in EE, CS or similar discipline.
· 3+ years SW development experience.
· Strong programming skills with C.
· Experienced in Linux program. Experienced in Linux QT is a plus.
· Experienced in TCP/IP SW development.
· Know-how about common DSP architecture. Rich experience in hardware driver development with multi-core embedded OS and DSP platform.
· TD-LTE physical layer OAM practical experience is a plus.
· NodeB physical layer trace and debug tools practical experience in base station development is a plus.
· Quality and efficiency minded, analytical thinking.

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills, good command of both Mandarin and English.
