Manager for SGSN-MME Development

Specific Job Tasks:
-        Be a part of the Packet Core SGSN Development management team
-        Be responsible for SGSN development teams
-        Support SGSN teams with resource and competence
-        Drive unit improvements programs and discipline work
-        High focus on people management
-        High focus on teamwork, quality and time in all deliverables
-        IPM talks
-        Salary settings
 
General Responsibilities:
-        Responsible for managing all the operations of the unit
-        Implement R&D strategies in daily management activities, ensure the planned progress of achieving balance score card objectives
-        Translate Company Strategies into Department relevant targets
-        Be responsible for Department cost management
-        Perform resources and competence management upon R&D project requirement, participate in recruitment activities when necessary
-        Ensure the efficient workload allocation in the team
-        Secure the effective processes in place as well as the on-time project deliverables
-        Manage a group of SW Developers
-        Ensure the effective implementation of people management activities, such as salary review, Individual Performance Management (IPM), career development and competence development; Act as coach/mentor in certain areas upon requirement
-        Initiate and perform Management Planning , secure sufficient management resources ready in the team
-        Initiate and drive for continuous improvement in the Department as well as the whole function
 
Qualifications
-        University degree in telecom or R&D related areas;
-        Minimum 3-year working experiences from SW development
-        Proven leadership skills and experiences
-        Good knowledge of business processes and operations
-        Proven abilities and good performance, and also the potential or capability in leadership
-        Good interpersonal and communications skills
-        Ability to work under pressure
-        Good team player and self motivated
-        Good command of English in written and spoken form

Specific Job Tasks:
Be a part of the PC I&V and Support management team
Ensure the way forward and implement changes in the unit or within the PC I&V and Support organization SH
Drive unit improvements programs and discipline work
High focus on people management.
High focus on teamwork, quality and time in all deliverables own and from unit members
Participant in MU and support activates
  
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Unit
Work closely with project manager, test leaders, system engineering and product development units for smooth execution of projects
Ensure detailed resource plan (personnel and HW) for the test are available, updated and approved.
People leadership
IPM talks
Salary settings 
System test process owner for SGSNproduct.
Interface towards SGSN program
Interface towards SGSN Designline manager at Sweden
Interface towards BETE Line manager responsible for Packet Core.
 
General Responsibilities:

Be responsible for unit cost management inclusive of line forecasting and product forecasting when required;
Perform resources and competence management upon R&D project requirement; participate in recruitment activities when necessary;
Ensure the efficient workload allocation in the team;
Secure the effective processes in place as well as the on-time project deliverables
Ensure the effective implementation of people management activities, such as salary review, Individual Performance Management (IPM), career development and competence development; Act as coach/mentor in certain areas upon requirement;
Support on Management Planning implementation, secure sufficient management resources ready in the unit;
Initiate and drive for continuous improvement in the unit as well as the whole function;
  
 Qualification:
University degree in telecom or R&D related areas
Managerial working experiences are preferable;
Good knowledge of business processes and operations, be familiar with Agile process and way of working.
Proven abilities and good performance, and also the potential or capability in leadership
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to work under pressure;
Good team player and self motivated
