Description
· To keep and archive Project Documents/Project Agreements.
· To regularly collect NPI/TPI Project information related to Company and provide to the head of department and relevant departmental interfaces for their information.
· To collect information for assigned project pre-study and feasibility study
· To Prepare Planning, Preparation, Implementation and Integration activities for the following areas according to NPI process:
-Industrial Engineering: SMT, Mechanical, Test
-Logistics: Material purchase, Planning, Order handling
-Quality: Incoming, material quality( SQAP), production quality
-Manufacturing Strategies
· Participate in project meetings and Tollgate assessment meetings.
· Write and distribute weekly and monthly project status reports
· Follow generic TPI process and develop competence to be able to run both "push" and "pull" process
· Secure project deliverables and seamless handover to line organization.
· Contribute to process establishment and optimization
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or above
· At least 2 years related working experience
· Good communication and cooperation skill
· Familiar with PC general usage in Windows, Microsoft Office, etc
· Fluent in English speaking and writing
