Mechanical Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Determine/optimize process flow/ workflow, especially for Mechanical process
· Determine Key Performance Indicator of Mechanical process
· New Product/process Introduction/Industrialization
· Define/implement process control system/tools
· Document the process with regard to instructions and follow-up
· Work with product maintenance team to drive process changes and process change management
· Deliver training to technicians and operators
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor degree or above, preferable major in mechanical engineering
· At least 2 years work experience in mechanical maintenance and process control in electronics manufacturing industry
· Familiar with product development procedures, processes and AutoCAD
· Knowledge of plastic, sheet metal, die casting, and tooling, automotive electronics in highly desirable
· Project management skill is preferred and analysis experience of electronic products is a plus
· Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
· Fluent in English speaking and writing
