• Breaking High Level customer needs into E2E solution requirements and white papers
• Review and provide feedback for product requirements and customer documentation
• Developing architecture for EMS platform as well as software components
• Interfacing with customers and providing thought leadership at solution level in access technologies
• Working closely with international teams, actively drive the task going forward
• Working as technical lead in key development projects  

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Computer Science or EE preferred with 3 or more years of experience in R&D
• Strong background on modern telecom EMS system.
• Strong background in telecom with focus on access network
• Solid experience in: Java, C, C++, SNMP, TL1, CORBA, SOAP, XML, Linux/UNIX, Database, GUI design
• Excellent communications skills with ability to work with end customers
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks
• Pro-active with very strong "Can do" attitude
• Self driven with ability to work under strict timelines
